Sherwire is a news radar and a transaction builder. It is not a launchpad, an exchange, a broker, a wallet or an adviser.
The service watches public news feeds and public posts, scores them with an automated model for their potential to become an internet meme, and suggests a coin name, ticker and description. When you decide to launch, Sherwire assembles the transaction that calls a third-party launchpad factory (currently Pons V2 on Robinhood Chain) and hands it to your wallet. The kit pages provide text you can paste into other services. That is the whole product.
Every token is created by the wallet that signs the launch transaction. That wallet is yours, not ours.
Sherwire never holds funds, never has access to private keys or seed phrases, never signs on your behalf and never deploys a contract. The factory records your address as the deployer and creator-fee recipient. Anything that follows from a launch — its name, its image, the people who buy it, the outcome — is your responsibility as the deployer and, where applicable, the responsibility of the launchpad that deploys the contract.
Scores, names, tickers, “trending” lists and market statistics are automated signals, not recommendations.
A high score means the model thinks a story is meme-shaped. It says nothing about whether a coin will trade, hold value or be legal to buy in your country. Market data is read from public chain state and third-party APIs and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Meme coins launched on bonding curves are highly speculative and frequently go to zero. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. Sherwire does not offer investment, legal or tax advice and is not licensed to do so anywhere.
Tokens may reference public figures, companies, products or news organisations. None of them endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Sherwire or with any coin shown here.
Names appear because they are in the news. Suggesting a coin about a story is commentary on a public event, in the same way a headline or a meme is. You must not use Sherwire to impersonate a person or a brand, to claim an official relationship that does not exist, to spread defamatory or harassing content, or to infringe trademarks or copyright. If you are the person or the rights holder referenced by a coin and you want it out of our lists, use the Report button on the coin page or write to legal@sherwire.xyz. We answer removal requests quickly and without argument.
We can hide a coin or a story from Sherwire. Nobody — including us — can delete a token from the chain.
Blockchains are append-only. Once a launch transaction is mined, the contract exists forever and keeps trading on the launchpad and on any DEX regardless of what Sherwire displays. What we control is our own lists, search, feed and kit pages. We hide content that impersonates, scams, harasses, is illegal in the jurisdictions we operate from, or is the subject of a credible removal request. Hiding is not a judgement on the token’s value and does not affect anyone’s holdings. Reports are reviewed by a human; repeated bad-faith reports are ignored.
Your wallet is the only place your keys live.
Sherwire connects to your wallet through standard browser interfaces (EIP-1193, EIP-6963, WalletConnect) only to read your public address, to ask your wallet to switch or add a network, and to ask it to sign transactions you explicitly trigger. We cannot move funds, cannot recover lost keys and cannot reverse a transaction. Verify the amounts your wallet shows before you confirm; the wallet’s numbers, not ours, are the ones that execute.
Three costs, all shown before you sign: the launchpad fee, the Sherwire fee and network gas.
Sherwire takes no share of trading fees, creator fees or token supply. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is mined, including when the launch reverts for reasons outside our control.
You are responsible for making sure that creating, promoting or trading tokens is legal where you are.
Sherwire is provided from the jurisdiction of its operator and may be unavailable or restricted in others. Do not use the service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country where such activity is prohibited or requires a licence you do not hold, or if you are on a sanctions list. Tax obligations arising from launches or trades are yours.
The service is provided “as is”, and can be wrong, late or down.
News sources change, models misread satire, RPC endpoints time out, indexers lag. We make no warranty that the feed is complete, that a score is sensible, that a suggested ticker is free, that the demo data resembles real activity, or that a launch will confirm. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherwire and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the service, including loss of funds, lost profits, or content posted by users or third parties.
What you write in a launch — name, description, links, image — is published on chain under your address.
Do not include content you do not have the right to use, personal data of others, malware links or anything illegal. You grant Sherwire a non-exclusive licence to display that content in its lists and pages. Automated abuse of the API, scraping at rates that degrade the service, or attempts to manipulate scores will get an address or an IP blocked.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the new version. Questions, removal requests and reports of vulnerabilities: legal@sherwire.xyz or @sherwirexyz.
